Old

Our PTs have clients of all ages! It doesn't matter if you're fresh out of school, or looking to stay fit in your retirement, the best time to start training will always be now!

Big

Though weight loss may feel exceedingly difficult after years of strengthening bad habits, our PTs will help you make effective, lasting changes. They value long-term change over immediate results, and will aim to help you learn and build new, better habits that you can use to make a real difference not only now, but for the rest of your life.

Inexperienced

Everyone starts somewhere! Each and every person you see at the gym has experienced the feeling of going for the first time. The only difference is: they've been back countless times since. If you're new to the gym, having a trainer on hand to provide guidance and reassurance is by far the best way to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

Inactive

With office-based roles and WFH being the norm, it's all too easy to fall into a sedentary lifestyle and neglect both your physical and mental wellbeing. After a prolonged period of inactivity, starting at a gym and figuring out your new limits may feel a bit overwhelming, and our PTs know that. They'll encourage you to take your time and progress at your own pace.

Busy

Life's hectic. We get it, truly. Work, kids, education, hobbies... everything takes time and there's only ever 24 hours in a day. Our trainers appreciate this and set realistic targets on a per-client basis. Your lifestyle and availability will always be accounted for, and your progress will be continually reviewed, allowing for adjustments to be made as your abilities and circumstances change.

Everyone is welcome in the zone, and that inclusive approach extends to our PTs. No matter your age, size, abilty, or experience, our trainers will be excited to help you become the best version of yourself.
