Hi, I'm Sarah!
I've been part of the team at The Zone since 2021 and I'm responsible for making sure everything's clean and in order. In other words, my work involves lots admin and cleaning/maintenance.

I'm the general manager at The Zone, which means I'm responsible for a lot of the day-to-day running of the business.
My job is quite varied, and involves everything from admin and planning, to delegating and bookkeeping! Broadly speaking, I just do what I can keep everything running smoothly.

I'm Kim and I help with bookings and maintenance at The Zone.
I'm here to make sure everyone's booked in correctly, and to keep all the equipment working and ready for use.

Hey I'm Aaron!
I qualified as a PT back in 2013.
Since then, my knowledge has increased tenfold through training a range of different clients, completing additional courses and spending lots of time reading, watching, and listening to anything that will help me develop as a coach.
I now help people achieve the fat loss they've always wanted and most importantly provide education around nutrition, lifestyle and habits to help them maintain their transformation long term.
This is delivered through a hybrid service merging both in-person and online coaching in order to provide a deeper level of guidance and accountability away from the physical session.

Hi, I'm Nikki. I've been a personal trainer for 9years and I absolutely love it! I love to help others look and feel good about themselves.
I am level 4 qualified to work with clients with obesity and other medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. I am also pre and post natal trained.
